Through many interactions and opportunities to work with Jessi, i have always felt her passion and support shine. This program solidified that experience. I was in’s survival mode for four years after having my daughter. My fight or flight response was constantly triggered. Tired; stressed, always had the worst headaches and that 2 pm crash. I started this program as a Hail Mary, something needed to change. This program gave me the frame work to find myself again, to listen to my body and what it needs and give it that. It showed me how to build healthy habits and most importantly it showed me that I can be In control of my body and health. She’s the best!!!! So encouraging, I love about her that she isn’t just telling you what to do, she is actively doing it with you! Jessi Rae is incredibly relatable, encouraging, attentive, and leading by example, she demonstrates how everyday, simple choices lead to noticeable shifts very quickly.
